حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّاسٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ هُوَ ابْنُ فَرُّوخَ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي بِثَلَاثٍ لَا أَدَعُهُنَّ حَتَّی أَمُوتَ صَوْمِ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ کُلِّ شَهْرٍ وَصَلَاةِ الضُّحَی وَنَوْمٍ عَلَی وِتْریٍ

Narrated Abu Huraira: My friend (the Prophet) advised me to do three things and I shall not leave them till I die, these are: To fast three days every month, to offer the Duha prayer, and to offer witr before sleeping.
