حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ وَکَانَ رَجُلًا مَبْسُورًا وَقَالَ أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ مَرَّةً عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَلَاةِ الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ قَاعِدٌ فَقَالَ مَنْ صَلَّی قَائِمًا فَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ وَمَنْ صَلَّی قَاعِدًا فَلَهُ نِصْفُ أَجْرِ الْقَائِمِ وَمَنْ صَلَّی نَائِمًا فَلَهُ نِصْفُ أَجْرِ الْقَاعِدِ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ نَائِمًا عِنْدِي مُضْطَجِعًا هَا هُنَا
صحیح بخاری · Hadith 1116
Narrated `Abdullah bin Buraida: `Imran bin Husain had piles. Once Abu Ma mar narrated from `Imran bin Husain had said, "I asked the Prophet (p.b.u.h) about the prayer of a person while sitting. He said, 'It is better for one to pray standing; and whoever prays sitting gets half the reward of that who prays while standing; and whoever prays while Lying gets half the reward of that who prays while sitting.' "
