Hadith 1390
Tell us Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ata ibn Yasar that Muawiya ibn Abi Sufyan sold Tempering of gold or paper over weight, Abu Darda said to him, may Allah be pleased with him: I heard the Prophet peace be upon him to forbid such. Maawia said: I do not see this as a misery. Abu al-Dardaa said: Whoever excuses me from Muawiyah, tell him about the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and tell me that he does not tell me about me. He brought the first out of the Book of Sales, and to the end of the fourth from the second part of the hadith differing, and the fifth in the Book of Khabab.
