أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ إِلا مِثْلا بِمِثْلٍ وَلا تُشِفُّوا بَعْضَهَا عَلَى بَعْضٍ، لا تَبِيعُوا الْوَرِقَ بِالْوَرِقِ إِلا مِثْلا بِمِثْلٍ يَدًا بِيَدٍ وَلا تُشِفُّوا بَعْضَهُ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، وَلا تَبِيعُوا مِنْهَا غَائِبًا بِنَاجِزٍ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1384
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Nafi, from Abu Sa'eed al-may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «then, do not gold with gold such only, for example, not healed each other, then, do not paper paper only For example, like a hand in hand, and do not heal one another, and do not sell from it, absent with a handler.
