أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تُصَرُّوا الإِبِلَ وَالْغَنَمَ، وَإِنِ ابْتَاعَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ بِخَيْرِ النَّظَرَيْنِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْلُبَهَا، إِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِنْ سَخِطَهَا رَدَّهَا وَصَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1381
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the owner, Abu trigger, the lame, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Prophet, peace be upon him said: «not Tsroa camels and sheep, and purchased by then it's fine theorists after Ihlbha, If she pleases her, he grabs her, and if she is angry, he turns it back in order from a date.
