Hadith 1376
Ibn Aainah told us, on the authority of Abdullah Bin Tawoos, on the authority of his father, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Then the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “A woman from Quraysh.” He said: My father would swear by the option only after the sale. He put the first and the bond without Matan after him, in the book of the difference of Malik and Al-Shafi’i, and to the last of the seventh book of the Book
