أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِئِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا فِي غَزَاةٍ فَبَاعَ صَاحِبٌ لَنَا فَرَسًا مِنْ رَجُلٍ، فَلَمَّا أَرَدْنَا الرَّحِيلَ خَاصَمَهُ إِلَى أَبِي بَرْزَةَ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَرْزَةَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ: «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا» .

Tell us confidence, Hammad bin Zaid, Jamil bin once, for my father Alodi, said: We were in the invaders and he sold the owner of our horse from a man who, when we wanted to leave Khasamh to Abu Barza said Abu Barza: I heard the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, says: “The sale by choice, unless they are separated.”
