وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَمْلَى عَلَيَّ نَافِعٌ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ أَخْبَرَهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا تَبَايَعَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ مِنْ بَيْعِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونُ بَيْعُهُمَا عَنْ خِيَارٍ» . قَالَ نَافِعٌ: وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الْبَيْعَ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُوجِبَ الْبَيْعَ مَشَى قَلِيلا ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ.

He told us about the son of Greg, said: transcribe Ali Nafie Mawla Ibn 'Umar: that Ibn' Umar told him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, said: «If Tbaya Almtbaien each one of them the option of selling it unless Itafrqa or be sold for an option». Nafeh said: It was Ibn Omar when he bought the sale, and he wanted the sale to be made, he walked a little and then returned.
