أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ» . قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَابْنُ عُمَرَ الَّذِي سَمِعَهُ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ الشَّيْءَ يُعْجِبُهُ أَنْ يَجِبَ لَهُ، فَارَقَ صَاحِبَهُ مَشَى قَلِيلا ثُمَّ رَجَعَ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1370
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «Almtbaien each one of them the option to its owner unless Itafrqa only sell» option. Al-Shafi’i said: Ibn Umar, who heard it from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, when he used to buy something, he would love it, because he did.
