أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ» .

Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with him, told us, he said: Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi`, on the authority of Ibn Omar: that the Messenger of God, may God bless him, said:
