أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1341
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Nafi from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him the difference between Almtlanin, and caused the boy to women.
