أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَخِي بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ: أَنَّ رَجُلا مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلا أَيَقْتُلُهُ فَتَقْتُلُونَهُ أَمْ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ؟ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فِي شَأْنِهِ مَا ذُكِرَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: قَدْ قَضَى فِيكَ وَفِي امْرَأَتِكَ، قَالَ: فَتَلاعَنَا وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ، ثُمَّ فَارَقَهَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَانَتْ سُنَّةً بَعْدَهُمَا أَنْ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ. وَكَانَتْ حَامِلا فَأَنْكَرَهَا فَكَانَ ابْنُهَا يُدْعَى إِلَى أُمِّهِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1333
Said told Ben Salem, son of Greg, from Ibn Shihab from Sahl ibn Saad brother Bani assistance: that a man from the Ansar came to the Prophet, peace be upon him said: O Messenger of Allah, what do you think a man was found with his wife, a man Oaguetlh Vtguetlonh or how to make? Ejaculates God Almighty would as mentioned in the Koran is Almtlanin, he said: The Prophet peace be upon him: had spent in you and in your wife, he said: Vtlaana I saw, and then leaves her when the Prophet peace be upon him was a year after them to differentiate between Almtlanin . She was pregnant and he denied it, and her son was called to his mother.
