أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ، قَالَ: جَاءَ عُوَيْمِرٌ الْعَجْلانِيُّ إِلَى عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ، فَقَالَ: يَا عَاصِمُ بْنَ عَدِيٍّ: سَلْ لِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلا فَيَقْتُلُهُ أَيُقْتَلُ بِهِ؟ أَمْ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ؟ فَسَأَلَ عَاصِمٌ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَابَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَسَائِلَ، فَلَقِيَهُ عُوَيْمِرٌ فَقَالَ: مَا صَنَعْتَ؟ قَالَ: صَنَعْتُ أَنَّكَ لَمْ تَأْتِنِي بِخَيْرٍ، سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَابَ الْمَسَائِلَ. فَقَالَ عُوَيْمِرٌ: وَاللَّهِ لآتِيَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلأَسْأَلَنَّهُ فَأَتَاهُ فَوَجَدَهُ قَدْ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِمَا فَدَعَاهُمَا فَلاعَنَ بَيْنَهُمَا. فَقَالَ عُوَيْمِرٌ: إِنِ انْطَلَقْتُ بِهَا لَقَدْ كَذَبْتُ عَلَيْهَا فَفَارَقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «انْظُرُوهَا فَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ أَسْحَمَ أَدْعَجَ عَظِيمَ الأَلْيَتَيْنِ، فَلا أَرَاهُ إِلا قَدْ صَدَقَ، وَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ أَحْمَرَ كَأَنَّهُ وَحَرَةٌ، فَلا أَرَاهُ إِلا كَاذِبًا» فَجَاءَتْ بِهِ عَلَى النَّعْتِ الْمَكْرُوهِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: فَصَارَتْ سُنَّةَ الْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ.

Tell us Ibrahim bin Saad, Ibn Shihab from Sahl ibn Saad told him, he said: Awimmer Ajlani came to Asim bin Adi, said: 'O Asim bin Adi: tuberculosis me the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him from a man found with his wife, a man who kills him Oaguetl him? Asem asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the salutations of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, were the issues, so Aamir found him: Soimer He said: I made you do not bring me any good, I asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, so he got the issues. Umar said: By God, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not come to him, so he asked him, so he came to him, and he found it, so he found it. Uwaymar said: I started with her because I lied to her, so he separated her before the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, told him. Then he said the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: «Anzeroha it came by raven great Odj buttocks, do not see him but has ratified, and brought him red like a free, I do not see him only a liar» came by the epithet Abomination Ibn Shihab said, and she became a year Almtlanin.
