أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: أَنَّ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ السّ َاعِدِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ: أَنَّ عُوَيْمِرًا الْعَجْلانِيَّ جَاءَ إِلَى عَاصِمِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: أَرَأَيْتَ يَا عَاصِمُ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلا يَقْتُلُهُ فَتَقْتُلُونَهُ أَمْ كَيْفَ يَفْعَلُ؟ سَلْ لِي يَا عَاصِمُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ. فَسَأَلَ عَاصِمٌ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَكَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَسَائِلَ وَعَابَهَا حَتَّى كَبُرَ عَلَى عَاصِمٍ مَا سَمِعَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَلَمَّا رَجَعَ عَاصِمٌ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ جَاءَهُ عُوَيْمِرٌ، فَقَالَ: يَا عَاصِمُ، مَاذَا قَالَ لَكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ فَقَالَ عَاصِمٌ لِعُوَيْمِرٍ: لَمْ تَأْتِنِي بِخَيْرٍ، قَدْ كَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَسْأَلَةَ الَّتِي سَأَلْتَنِي عَنْهَا. فَقَالَ عُوَيْمِرٌ: وَاللَّهِ لا أَنْتَهِي حَتَّى أَسْأَلَهُ عَنْهَا، فَأَقْبَلَ عُوَيْمِرٌ حَتَّى أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَسْطَ النَّاسِ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلا وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلا أَيَقْتُلُهُ فَتَقْتُلُونَهُ أَمْ كَيْفَ يَفْعَلُ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «قَدْ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فِيكَ وَفِي صَاحِبَتِكَ، فَاذْهَبْ فَأْتِ بِهَا» . فَقَالَ سَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ: فَتَلاعَنَا وَأَنَا مَعَ النَّاسِ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. فَلَمَّا فَرَغَا مِنْ تَلاعُنِهِمَا، قَالَ عُوَيْمِرٌ: كَذَبْتُ عَلَيْهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنْ أَمْسَكْتُهَا، فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: فَكَانَتْ تِلْكَ سُنَّةَ الْمُتَلاعِنَيْنِ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us the owner, he said: Ibn Shihab told me: that Sahl ibn Saad population Vaeedi told him: that Awimmera Ajlani came to Asim bin Adi Al-Ansari, he said to him: What do you think, O Asim if a man found with his wife, a man who kills him Vtguetlonh Or how does he do? Ask me, Asem, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on that. He asked Asim Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him about the idea of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him questions and saliva so large on Assem what he heard from the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, when he returned Asim to his family came to him Awimmer, he said: O Asim, what you said Messenger God, peace and blessings be upon him? Asim said to Aweer: You did not bring me any goodness, because the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, disliked it. He said Awimmer: God does not even ask them over, turned to Awimmer until the Messenger of Allah came peace be upon him the center of the people, he said: O Messenger of Allah, what do you think a man who found his wife with a man or Oaguetlh Vtguetlonh how to do? The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “God has revealed to you and your friend, and he has gone with her.” Sahel bin Sa`d said: He swallowed us while I was with the people when the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him. When they had finished cursing them, Aouimer said: O Allah, the Messenger of God, has lied to her about her if he grabbed her, so he divorced him three times. Ibn Shihab said: That was the year of the two assaulted.
