أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ كَعْبٍ: أَنَّ الْفُرَيْعَةَ بِنْتَ مَالِكِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ أَخْبَرَتْهَا: أَنَّهَا جَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْأَلُهُ أَنْ تَرْجِعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهَا فِي بَنِي خُدْرَةَ، فَإِنَّ زَوْجَهَا خَرَجَ فِي طَلَبِ أَعْبُدٍ لَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِطَرَفِ الْقُدُومِ لَحِقَهُمْ فَقَتَلُوهُ. فَسَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَرْجِعَ إِلَى أَهْلِي فَإِنَّ زَوْجِي لَمْ يَتْرُكْنِي فِي مَسْكَنٍ يَمْلِكُهُ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نَعَمْ» ، فَانْصَرَفْتُ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنْتُ فِي الْحُجْرَةِ أَوْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ دَعَانِي أَوْ أَمَرَ بِي فَدُعِيتُ، فَقَالَ: «كَيْفَ قُلْتِ» ؟ فَرَدَدْتُ عَلَيْهِ الْقِصَّةَ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُ لَهُ مِنْ شَأْنِ زَوْجِي.فَقَالَ: «امْكُثِي فِي بَيْتِكِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْكِتَابُ أَجَلَهُ» . قَالَتْ: فَاعْتَدَدْتُ فِيهِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا، فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُثْمَانُ أَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ فَسَأَلَنِي عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَاتَّبَعَهُ وَقَضَى بِهِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1323
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the owner, Sa'd ibn Ishaq ibn Ka'b ibn nub, for his aunt Zainab girl heel: that Alfreah girl Malik bin Sinan told her: she came to the Prophet, peace be upon him asking him to return to her family in Bani numb Her husband went out in the request of his servant to him, even if he was at the edge of the coming to follow them, and they killed him. I asked the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him to return to my family my husband did not leave me in a house owned by said: The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: «Yes», she turned even if you are in the room or in the mosque invited me or ordered me Vdeit, he said: « How did you say? ' I told him the story I mentioned to him about my husband’s affairs. He said: “Stay in your house until the book reaches its sake.” She said: So I used to do four and ten months in it, and when Osman sent to me, he asked me about it, and he did so.
