أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ مَوْلَى الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ: أَنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ طَلَّقَهَا أَلْبَتَّةَ وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ بِالشَّامِ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهَا وَكِيلَهُ بِشَعِيرٍ فَسَخِطَتْهُ، فَقَالَ: وَاللَّهِ مَا لَكِ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَجَاءَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَقَالَ: «لَيْسَ لَكِ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَةٌ» .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1320
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us the owner, Abdullah bin Yazid sire black bin Sufyan, from Abu Salamah ibn Abd al-Rahman, about Fatima girl Qais: that Abu Amr ibn Hafs divorced her at all, which is absent Baham he sent to his agent Bsair Vschtth, he said And God, what you have of us, came to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and I mentioned that to him and said: “There is nothing.”
