أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ هُشَيْمِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ سَيَّارٍ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي امْرَأَةِ الْمَفْقُودِ إِذَا قَدِمَ، وَتَزَوَّجَتِ امْرَأَتُهُ إِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ، وَلا تُخَيَّرُ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.

Tell us Yahya bin Hassan, about Hushaym bin Bashir, for Sayar Abi referee, Ali may Allah be pleased with him in a woman missing if introduced, and married his wife, willing, divorced, if he wishes he grabbed, and the choice. Take the two hadiths out of the Book of Numbers.
