أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ الْمُعْتَمِرِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأَسَدِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي امْرَأَةِ الْمَفْقُودِ: إِنَّهَا لا تَتَزَوَّجُ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1313

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Yahya bin Hassan, from Abu Awana, Mansour bin Mu'tamir, Almnhal ibn Amr, for the slaves of bin Abdullah al-Asadi, Ali may Allah be pleased with him, he said in the missing woman: she does not marry.
