أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا وَحَفْصَةَ، أَوْ عَائِشَةَ أَوْ حَفْصَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا يَحِلُّ لامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ تُحِدُّ عَلَى مَيِّتٍ فَوْقَ ثَلاثِ لَيَالٍ إِلا عَلَى زَوْجٍ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا» . أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.

Tell us Malik from Nafi from descriptive girl Abu Obeid, Aisha, may Allah be pleased and Hafsa, or Aisha or Hafsa, may Allah be pleased with them: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him said: «It is not permissible for a woman who believes in God and the other day limit on a dead over three nights Except for a four-month and four-month marriage. Take the four hadiths out of the Book of Numbers.
