أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ عِنْدَ جَدِّهِ هَاشِمِيَّةٌ وَأَنْصَارِيَّةٌ، فَطَلَّقَ الأَنْصَارِيَّةَ وَهِيَ تُرْضِعُ فَمَرَّتْ بِهَا سَنَةٌ، ثُمَّ هَلَكَ وَلَمْ تَحِضْ. فَقَالَتْ: أَنَا أَرِثُهُ لَمْ أَحِضْ، فَاخْتَصَمُوا إِلَى عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَقَضَى لِلأَنْصَارِيَّةِ بِالْمِيرَاثِ، فَلامَتِ الْهَاشِمِيَّةُ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَقَالَ: هَذَا عَمَلُ ابْنِ عَمِّكِ، هُوَ أَشَارَ عَلَيْنَا بِهَذَا، يَعْنِي: عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.

Tell us the owner, Mohammed bin Yahya bin Hibbaan: he was when his grandfather and the Hashemite Ansariyeh, Razavi Khorasan, Vtaleg Ansariya a suckling by Fmrt years, and then perished and did not incite. She said: I did not urge his legacy, Fajtsamua to Osman may Allah be pleased with him, and he judged the inheritance Ansariyeh, Razavi Khorasan, Hashemite Vlamt Osman may Allah be pleased with him, he said: This is the work of your cousin, is we pointed out this means: Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him. Take the two hadiths out of the Book of Numbers.
