أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: إِذَا وَضَعَتْ حَمْلَهَا فَقَدْ حَلَّتْ. فَأَخْبَرَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَوْ وَلَدَتْ وَزَوْجُهَا عَلَى سَرِيرِهِ لَمْ يُدْفَنْ لَحَلَّتْ. فَأَخْبَرَهُ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَوْ وَلَدَتْ وَزَوْجُهَا عَلَى سَرِيرِهِ لَمْ يُدْفَنْ لَحَلَّتْ.

Malik, on the authority of Nafi ', ​​told us about Ibn Omar: He was asked about the woman, her husband dies, and she is pregnant, so he is pregnant. So, a man from Al-Ansar told him: Omar Bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said: If she had given birth to her and married to Ali Salim, he would have to give to Ali Salim So, a man from Al-Ansar told him: Omar Bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said: If she had given birth to her and married to Ali Salim, he would have to give to Ali Salim
