أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبَا سَلَمَةَ اخْتَلَفَا فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَنْفَسُ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِلَيَالٍ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: آخِرَ الأَجَلَيْنِ، وَقَالَ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ: إِذَا نَفِسَتْ فَقَدْ حَلَّتْ. قَالَ: فَجَاءَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَ: أَنَا مَعَ ابْنِ أَخِي، يَعْنِي: أَبَا سَلَمَةَ، فَبَعَثُوا كُرَيْبًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، فَسَأَلَهَا عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَجَاءَهُمْ فَأَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: وَلَدَتْ سُبَيْعَةُ الأَسْلَمِيَّةُ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِلَيَالٍ، فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَهَا: «قَدْ حَلَلْتِ فَانْكِحِي» .

Tell us the owner, Yahya ibn Said from Sulayman ibn Yasar that Ibn Abbas and Abu Salamah in women fell out breathing after the death of her husband Bljal, Ibn Abbas: another term, he said, Abu Salamah said: If you have vented resolved. He said: came Abu Hurayrah, he said: I am with my nephew, I mean: Abu Salamah, Fbosoa Kripa sire Ibn Abbas to Umm Salamah, asked her about it, came to them told them that she said: I was born Sabieh Aloslmah after the death of her husband Bljal, I mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah Ali and peace be upon him, and he said to her, "You have arrived, so be your husband."
