أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ طُلَيْحَةَ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ رُشَيْدٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ فَطَلَّقَهَا أَلْبَتَّةَ، فَنَكَحَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا. فَضَرَبَهَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَضَرَبَ زَوْجَهَا بِالْمِخْفَقَةِ ضَرَبَاتٍ، وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ نَكَحَتْ فِي عِدَّتِهَا، فَإِنْ كَانَ زَوْجُهَا الَّذِي تَزَوَّجَهَا لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، ثُمَّ اعْتَدَّتْ بَقِيَّةَ عِدَّتِهَا مِنْ زَوْجِهَا الأَوَّلِ، وَكَانَ خَاطِبًا مِنَ الْخُطَّابِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دَخَلَ بِهَا فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا ثُمَّ اعْتَدَّتْ بَقِيَّةَ عِدَّتِهَا مِنَ الأَوَّلِ، ثُمَّ اعْتَدَّتْ مِنَ الآخَرِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنْكِحْهَا أَبَدًا. قَالَ سَعِيدٌ: وَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْهَا.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ibn Musayyib and Sulayman ibn Yasar that Talihh was under Rashid Althagafi divorced her at all, in Venkan promised. Vdharbha Omar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him and hit her husband Palmkhvqh blows, and the difference between them, then Omar ibn al-Khattab said, may Allah be pleased with him: Any woman who gets married in the promised, it was her husband who married her did not enter them, a difference between them, and then I used the rest of the promised from her first husband, And he was a sermon from the speech, and if he entered it, he separated them and then used to the rest of the number of them from the first, then the first From the other, and never marry. Saeed said: She has her dowry with what he has taken away from her.
