أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ وَيَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ قُسَيْطٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ طُلِّقَتْ فَحَاضَتْ حَيْضَةً أَوْ حَيْضَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَتْهَا حَيْضَةٌ فَإِنَّهَا تَنْتَظِرُ تِسْعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، فَإِنْ بَانَ بِهَا حَمْلٌ فَذَلِكَ، وَإِلا اعْتَدَّتْ بَعْدَ التِّسْعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ ثَلاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ ثُمَّ حَلَّتْ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1297
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us the owner, Yahya bin Said and Yazid bin Abdullah bin Ksat, the son of Musayyib, he said: 'Umar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him: Any woman who is divorced Vhadt menstrual cycle or Hadtin, then brought menstrual cycle, they wait for nine months If a lamb becomes pregnant, he does so, or after nine months after three months, then it is three months. Take it out of the Book of Numbers.
