أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا سَيِّدُهَا، قَالَ: تَعْتَدُّ بِحَيْضَةٍ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1296
Malik, on the authority of Nafi ', on the authority of Ibn Omar, told us that he said in the mother of the child, the master of whom he dies, he said: He trespasses. Take the three hadiths out of the Book of Numbers.
