أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ فَدَخَلَتْ فِي الدَّمِ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ، فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ وَبَرِئَ مِنْهَا، لا تَرِثُهُ وَلا يَرِثُهَا. أَخْرَجَ السِّتَّةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.

Tell us Malik from Nafi, from Ibn 'Umar he said: If a man divorces his wife, entered in the blood of the third Alehidh, they acquitted him and acquitted, do not inherit nor inherit. Take the six hadiths out of the Book of Numbers.
