أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ: أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، فَأَتَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ وَعَيْنَاهُ تَدْمَعَانِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: مَا شَأْنُكَ؟ قَالَ: مَلَّكْتُ امْرَأَتِي أَمْرَهَا فَفَارَقَتْنِي، فَقَالَ لَهُ زَيْدٌ: مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى ذَلِكَ؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ: الْقَدَرُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ زَيْدٌ: ارْتَجِعْهَا إِنْ شِئْتَ، فَإِنَّمَا هِيَ وَاحِدَةٌ، وَأَنْتَ أَمْلَكُ بِهَا. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1287
Tell us the owner, Said bin Suleiman bin Zaid ibn Thabit, from outside bin Zaid: he told him that he was sitting when Zaid ibn Thabit, Muhammad ibn Abi Votah old and his eyes Tdamaan, Zaid ibn Thabit said to him: What is your business? He said: My woman took possession of her matter and separated me, so he said to him more: What caused you to do that? And he said to him: Al-Qadr, and he said to him: He said: Increase it, if you wish, but it is only one, and you have it. The two hadiths were included in the book of the difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with them.
