أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يُشْهِدُ عَلَى رَجْعَتِهَا وَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ بِذَلِكَ، قَالَ: هِيَ امْرَأَةُ الأَوَّلِ دَخَلَ بِهَا الآخَرُ أَوْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّجْعَةِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1285
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Yahya bin Hassan, Obeid Allah ibn 'Amr, Abdul Karim bin Malik island, Saeed bin Jabir, Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, the man called his wife, then testifies to Rdjatha did not know With that, he said: She is the first woman to enter the other, or not. Take it out of the Book of Return.
