أَخْبَرَنَا عَمِّي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُجَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ: أَنَّ رُكَانَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ سُهَيْمَةَ الْمُزَنِيَّةَ ألْبَتَّةَ، ثُمَّ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ: إِنِّي طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي سُهَيْمَةَ ألْبَتَّةَ، وَوَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ إِلا وَاحِدَةً. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِرُكَانَةَ: «وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتَ إِلا وَاحِدَةً؟» ، فَقَالَ رُكَانَةُ: وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ إِلا وَاحِدَةً، فَرَدَّهَا إِلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَطَلَّقَهَا الثَّانِيَةَ فِي زَمَانِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ وَالثَّالِثَةَ فِي زَمَانِ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ.

Tell us my uncle Mohammed bin Ali bin intercessor, Abdullah bin Ali bin Saa'ib, Nafie bin Jeer bin Abdul over: that Rcanh bin Abdul over divorces his wife Suhamh Alemsenah at all, then came to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: O Messenger of Allah: I am My wife divorced the daughter of a girl, and by God, I only wanted one. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to Ruknah: “By God, you only wanted one?” , Rcanh said: God, what I wanted only one, returned that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, he divorced her second in the time of Omar may Allah be pleased with him, and the third in the time of Othman, may Allah be pleased with him.
