أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ شَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُجَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ: أَنَّ رُكَانَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ يَزِيدَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ، ثُمَّ أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي أَلْبَتَّةَ، وَوَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ إِلا وَاحِدَةً فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتَ إِلا وَاحِدَةً» ، فَقَالَ رُكَانَةُ: مَا أَرَدْتُ إِلا وَاحِدَةً، فَرَدَّهَا إِلَيْهِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1279
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Mohammed bin Ali bin intercessor, Abdullah bin Ali bin Saa'ib, Nafie bin Jeer bin Abdul over: that Rcanh bin Abdul over divorces his wife, then came to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, he said: I am I divorced my wife as a woman, and to God I only wanted one, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “No time.” I only wanted one, and he wanted it.
