أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّهُمْ سَمِعُوا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ يَقُولُ: سَأَلْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا، فَتَزَوَّجَهَا رَجُلٌ غَيْرُهُ ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا أَوْ مَاتَ عَنْهَا ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا زَوْجُهَا الأَوَّلُ؟ قَالَ: هِيَ عِنْدَهُ مَا بَقِيَ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّجْعَةِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1276
