أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْمِسْوَرِ، عَنْ وَاصِلِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا حَتَّى طَلَّقَهَا، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا بِالصَّدَاقِ تَامًّا فَقِيلَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ: أَنَا أَوْلَى بِالْفَضْلِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ وَالثَّالِثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعَدَدِ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّدَاقِ وَالإِيلاءِ.

Tell us the son of Abu Vedic and Said bin Salim, Abdullah bin Jaafar bin walled, for continued ibn Abi Said, Mohammed bin Jabir bin restaurant, from his father that he married a woman who did not enter until he divorced her, sent to the full dowries was said to him in that, he said: I pay attention. He brought the two hadiths out of the Book of Right Hand with the Witness and the third in the Book of the Difference of Malik, Al-Shafi’i, and the fourth from the Book of Lamentations.
