أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَيَخْلُو بِهَا وَلا يَمَسُّهَا، ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا: لَيْسَ لَهَا إِلا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ؛ لأَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ: {وَإِنْ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدْ فَرَضْتُمْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً فَنِصْفُ مَا فَرَضْتُمْ} [البقرة: 237] .

Tell us a Muslim, the son of Greg, Laith ibn Abi Salim, Tawoos, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, he said in a man marries a woman Vijlo her and untouched, then fired: have only half of the dowry; because God Almighty says: {If Talegtamohn Before you touch them, and you have imposed an obligation for them, then half of what you imposed} [Al-Baqarah: 237].
