أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مُتْعَةٌ إِلا الَّتِي يُطَلِّقُهَا وَقَدْ فُرِضَ لَهَا صَدَاقٌ وَلَمْ تُمَسَّ فَحَسْبُهَا مَا فُرِضَ لَهَا.
