أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مُتْعَةٌ إِلا الَّتِي فُرِضَ لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا فَحَسْبُهَا نِصْفُ الْمَهْرِ.

Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi ', on the authority of Ibn Omar, that he used to say: All divorcees are enjoyable except for which the pact is imposed on him.
