أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ: أَنَّ مَوْلاةً لِبَنِي عَدِيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، يُقَالُ لَهَا: زَبْرَاءُ أَخْبَرَتْهُ: أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ عَبْدٍ، وَهِيَ أَمَةٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَعَتَقَتْ، قَالَتْ: فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيَّ حَفْصَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَعَتْنِي، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي مُخْبِرَتُكِ خَبَرًا، وَلا أُحِبُّ أَنْ تَصْنَعِي شَيْئًا، إِنَّ أَمْرَكِ بِيَدِكِ مَا لَمْ يَمَسَّكِ زَوْجُكِ، قَالَتْ: فَفَارَقَتْهُ ثَلاثًا.

Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Urwa ibn Zubair: that Mulap of Bani Adi bin heel, said to her: Zebrae told him: she was under the slave, a nation that day Ftguet, said: sent to Hafsa wife of the Prophet peace be upon him Vdatna, she said: I tell you something, and I do not like to do anything, for I command you in your hand unless your husband touches you, so he said: So let him be fruitful.
