أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: فِي الْخَلِيَّةِ وَالْبَرِيَّةِ ثَلاثًا ثَلاثًا. أَخْرَجَهُ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.
