أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ نُفَيْعًا مُكَاتِبًا لأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حُرَّةً تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، فَاسْتَفْتَى عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عُثْمَانُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْكَ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّجْعَةِ، وَهِيَ آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1260
Tell us the owner, he said, told me Ibn Shihab from Ibn Musayyib: that Nfie Mkateba Umm Salamah wife of the Prophet peace be upon him divorced his wife free Ttliqtin, Vasfy Othman bin Affan may Allah be pleased with him, Osman may Allah be pleased with him and said to him: you have been denied. Take the four hadiths out of the Book of Return, which is the last of it.
