أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: مَنْ أَذِنَ لِعَبْدِهِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ فَالطَّلاقُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ لَيْسَ بِيَدِ غَيْرِهِ مِنْ طَلاقِهِ شَيْءٌ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us the owner, he said, told me Nafi that Ibn 'Umar used to say: Who authorized the slave to marry a slave but not Divorces but other divorce thing.
