أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ نُعْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا. قَالَ عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ: فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّمَا طَلاقُ الْبِكْرِ وَاحِدَةٌ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو: إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ قَاصٌّ الْوَاحِدَةُ تَبُتُّهَا، وَالثَّلاثَةُ تُحَرِّمُهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ.

Tell us the owner, Yahya ibn Said from Bakir bin Abdullah bin Ashajj, from Numan ibn Abi Ayyash glaucomatous from Ata ibn Yasar, he said: A man came Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-Aas asks about a man who divorced his wife three times before he left untouched. Ata ibn Yasar said, I said, but divorce the eldest one, Abdullah ibn Amr said: 'You are the one Waqas Tptha, and three deny them until she has married another husband.
