أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِيَاسِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ: طَلَّقَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا، فَجَاءَ يَسْتَفْتِي فَسَأَلَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، وَعَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا. فَقَالا: لا نَرَى أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا حَتَّى تَزَوَّجَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَكَ. فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ طَلاقِي إِيَّاهَا وَاحِدَةً، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَ مِنْ يَدِكَ مَا كَانَ لَكَ مِنْ فَضْلٍ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1248
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik ibn Anas, Ibn Shihab from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman bin Thawbaan, Mohammed bin Illes bin Bakir said, divorced man his wife three times before it enters, and then seemed to him to marry, he came to seek rulings asked Abu Hurairah, and Abdullah bin Abbas, may God be pleased with them. They said: We do not see her marrying her until he marries someone other than you. He said: But my divorce was only one of them. Ibn Abbas said: You sent from your hand the best of you.
