أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ: أَنَّهُمْ أَرْسَلُوا إِلَى نَافِعٍ يَسْأَلُونَهُ: هَلْ حَسَبْتَ تَطْلِيقَةَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. قَالَ: نَعَمْ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ إِبَاحَةِ الطَّلاقِ وَإِلَى آخِرِ الثَّامِنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Muslim Bin Khalid, on the authority of Ibn Jarij, told us that they were sent to Nafi ', asking him: Do you think of Talaq? He said: Yes. Take the four hadiths from the divorce legalization book and to the end of the eighth from the second part of the hadith variation.
