أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَيْمَنَ مَوْلَى عَزَّةَ يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ وَأَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ يَسْمَعُ. فَقَالَ: كَيْفَ تَرَى فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: طَلَّقَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا، فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ، فَلْيُطَلِّقْ أَوْ لِيُمْسِكْ» . قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: يَأَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهَنَّ فِي قبلِ عِدَّتِهِنَّ أَوْ لِقبل عِدَّتِهِنَّ. الشَّافِعِيُّ شَكَّ.

Tell us Muslim, Said bin Salim, son of Greg, said: Abu Zubair told me: that he heard Abdul Rahman bin Ayman al-Azza asks sire Abdullah ibn Umar and Abu Zubair heard. He said: How do you see in a man who divorced his menstruating woman? Ibn Omar said: Abd Allah, the wife of Omar, divorced his wife when she was menstruating, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Marah, then Mara Ibn Umar said, may God Almighty say: O Prophet! If you divorced women, they divorced them before or after their promises. Al-Shafi’i doubted.
