أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جُمْهَانَ مَوْلَى الأَسْلَمِيِّينَ، عَنْ أُمِّ بَكْرَةَ الأَسْلَمِيَّةِ: أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ، ثُمَّ أَتَيَا عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ: هِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ سَمَّيْتَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ مَا سَمَّيْتَ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1235
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father, Gmehan sire Aloslmyin, whether or Aloslmah reel: It Akhtalt from her husband, Abdullah bin Usaid, then came Osman may Allah be pleased with him in it, he said, is Divorce, unless you are called something, it is what you are called. Take it out from the Qur’an book.
