أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ مَوْلاةٍ لِصَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ أَنَّهَا اخْتَلَعَتْ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ لَهَا، فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْخُلْعِ وَالنُّشُوزِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأَشْرِبَةِ.

Malik told us, on the authority of Nafia, on the authority of Safiya, the daughter of Abi Ubayd, that she had been stripped of her husband with everything, for what you did. Take the two hadiths out of the Book of Khula` and Al-Nushush, and the third from the Book of Shariba.
