أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: الْمُولِي الَّذِي يَحْلِفُ لا يَقْرَبُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَبَدًا.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Sufian bin appointment, Amr ibn Dinar from Abu Yahya, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Mawla, who does not swear almost never his wife.
