أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: كَانَتْ بِنْتُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ عِنْدَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، فَكَرِهَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا إِمَّا كِبْرًا وَإِمَّا غَيْرَهُ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا فَقَالَتْ: لا تُطَلِّقْنِي وَأَنَا أَحِلُّ لَكَ. فَنَزَلَ فِي ذَلِكَ: {وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا} [النساء: 128] الآيَةَ. قَالَ: فَمَضَتْ بِذَلِكَ السُّنَّةُ.أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْخُلْعِ وَالنُّشُوزِ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ النِّكَاحِ مِنَ الإِمْلاءِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1218
Tell us Sufian bin appointment, from Ibn Shihab from Said ibn al-Musayyib, he said, was the son of a Muslim girl Mohammed Rafi when bin Khadeej, the idea of something of which either arrogance or others so he wanted to divorce her, she said: Do not Ttalgueni I solve for you. So he came down in that: {And a woman is afraid of being reviled or disgraced} [An-Nisa: 128] verse. He said: Then she went with that year. He brought the three hadiths out of the Book of Khula 'and Al-Nushush and the fourth of the Book of Marriage.
