أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ كَانَتْ عِنْدَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، فَكَرِهَ مِنْهَا أَمْرًا؛ إِمَّا كِبْرًا أَوْ غَيْرَهُ، فَأَرَادَ طَلاقَهَا فَقَالَتْ: لا تُطَلِّقْنِي، وَأَمْسِكْنِي وَاقْسِمْ لِي مَا بَدَا لَكَ، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا} [النساء: 128] الآيَةَ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1215
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us the son Uyaynah, for syphilis, from Ibn Musayyib: The girl Mohammed bin Muslim was when Rafi bin Khadeej, the idea of which is; either arrogance or other, so he wanted to divorce her, she said: Do not Ttalgueni, and grabbed me and swore to me what It seemed to you, so God sent glory and majesty: {And a woman is afraid of her being defeated] [Women: 128] verse.
