أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كَتَبَ إِلَى أُمَرَاءِ الأَجْنَادِ فِي رِجَالٍ غَابُوا عَنْ نِسَائِهِمْ فَأَمَرُوهُمْ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوهُمْ بِأَنْ يُنْفِقُوا أَوْ يُطَلِّقُوا، فَإِنْ طَلَّقُوا بَعَثُوا بِنَفَقَةِ مَا حَبَسُوا. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ وَإِلَى آخِرِ الْخَامِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَهِيَ أَوَّلُ مَا فِيهِ.
