أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّ هِنْدَ بِنْتَ عُتْبَةَ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ شَحِيحٌ وَلَيْسَ لِي مِنْهُ إِلا مَا يُدْخِلُ عَلَيَّ. فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خُذِي مَا يَكْفِيكِ وَوَلَدَكِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ» .

Tell us Sufian bin appointment, Hisham ibn Urwa from his father, Aisha, may Allah be pleased that India girl threshold came to the Prophet peace be upon him said: O Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy man and I do not have him, but what goes on. The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Take what is sufficient for your son and your favor.”
